Leadership
Upskill your team to the standard the tool was built for.
The license is the easy part. We teach your people to use Claude the way a practiced company does: shared work, a memory of how you operate, and the skill to work alongside it.
What the team walks into
- A Team or Enterprise workspace, owned by the company.
- A shared project for each function that will actually use it.
- Connectors to the tools they already use: Drive, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Slack, and the CRM.
- Shared skills the team can run without rewriting them.
- The rules for what goes in, and what stays out.
The next morning
Three to five things the team can do without a workshop first:
- Ask about a customer thread and get a draft the owner can send.
- Drop a contract or a quote into the project and ask what changed.
- Pull this week’s pipeline and ask what is stuck.
- Write the Monday update from notes that are already in the project.
Training is included
Live sessions with the people who will use it, plus a one-page playbook they can hand to the next hire. The workspace is not finished when the accounts exist. It is finished when the team has used it on real work.
What sets this apart
We gate skills. A skill that sounds better can make the next task worse, so we promote a change only when the work improves. Why agent skills fail silently.
Already on ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot?
We upskill those teams the same way: skill, a shared memory, and a workflow the team can run. Claude is the name leaders ask about. The others are open too.
Where it leads
Once the team is in the workspace, two things become obvious.
- Work the team can share with the system, once they know how to stand beside it. That is the build.
- Someone has to own the standard. A CTO creates and owns the strategy. A Director of Technology or IT executes it through the people, tools, and weekly work. That is the part-time technology and AI leader.
Questions leaders ask
- Claude Team or Claude Enterprise?
- Team is the usual starting point. Enterprise is for a company that needs tighter admin controls, more seats, or a security review. We recommend one after we see how you work. We do not pick a plan from a brochure.
- Is our data used to train the model?
- On Claude for Work (Team and Enterprise) and the API, Anthropic’s privacy center says they do not use your inputs or outputs to train their models by default. A free or Pro account is a different product. We confirm the current terms with you during setup, because vendor policies change.
- How long does setup take?
- Most teams are working in the workspace within a week. A company with more connectors, or a security review, takes longer. We tell you the length on the call, after we see what you already use.
- Our developers too?
- Yes. Claude Code is available when your developers want it. The workspace itself is for the people who run the company.
